Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and directing clients to the appropriate department.
Data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Assisting with other office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry. (training available)
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
