This is a busy clerical role where you must be able to multi-task, from supporting our customers across the globe, as well as anticipating the needs of our high achieving sales team. You will be the 'air-traffic controller' in a hub of activity. It's a great opportunity for a take charge employee, who takes pride in a job well done.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities will help drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Database Management
Maintain and update customer profiles in the company database to ensure accurate and current information.
Order Processing
Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms. Verify order details and input them accurately into the system.
Logistics Coordination
Schedule and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners. Communicate shipping status and delivery updates to customers promptly.
Quote Management
Create and update sales quotes for the sales team using the CRM system.
After-Sales Support
Process requests for refunds, exchanges, and missing items in collaboration with sales representatives and management.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and accounting teams to ensure compliance with company policies regarding order entry and invoice generation.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation, error reduction, and workflow enhancements. Share feedback and suggestions with management to improve customer service and internal processes.
Live Chat Support
Assist customers via the website’s live chat feature to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
Policy Compliance
Adhere to company procedures related to sales activities and the handling of customer data.
Product & Process Knowledge
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and internal processes.
Additional Duties
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of administrative support experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
