We just took over the management of a mobile home park in Powell, TN about 15 minutes outside of downtown Knoxville. We are in the process of revitalizing it and need someone to assist us with various onsite tasks that arise.
This job will require someone that is not afraid of new challenges and is perfect for someone looking to learn the real estate world.
It is a part time position with weekly hours ranging from 5 - 15. There is potential to grow as we get the park up and running at full steam. We are looking for someone that would like to grow with it!
Responsibilities included but not limited too the following:
- Taking pictures of individual lots to confirm they are being kept up based on our Rules & Regulations
- Delivering notices or other paperwork to individuals homes as needed
- Meeting contractors and prospective tenants to let them into homes or the office as needed
Requirements for the position:
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to print documents that we send you for delivery
- Must have a smartphone
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property
Pay is dependent upon experience and interview
