Looking for a Maintenance tech for an Apartment Complex in Maryvile TN.
Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Duties include:
Keeping premises clean by providing diverse services ranging from picking up trash to light maintenance work.
. Upkeep of property grounds
. Remove trash and anything needed from office
.Assisit in preparation of market ready units- remove trash out of empty apartments. Pull carpets out of units.
.Assist Maintenance Tech and Property Manager and/or preform assigned tasks.
. other duties include: painting, fixing issues within a unit.
Completing all work that needs to be done to turn a unit.
