We are currently accepting applications for Occupancy inspection positions (2-3)We work for several Mortgage companies verifying occupancy of their properties ( some contact, some drive by, some door cards). We also do interior inspections of their vacant properties

Car with good MPG (30+)
Volt stick
Desire to work hard
This position pays per order completed. Each order takes 5-15 minutes. This is a 1099 position. We do not pay expenses. Opportunity to make $15-25 dollars per hour depending on how quickly you get inspections completed and move to next inspection. Weekends may be needed.
