Have you ever wanted to begin a career in real estate, but don’t know where to start? TRECS Real Estate Schools next in-person licensing classes begins Monday May 6, 2024, both morning (8am) and evening (5:30) classes available.
The Tennessee Real Estate Commission requires 90-hours of licensing education to apply for a Tennessee real estate license (Affiliate Broker). The 90-hours consist of two mandatory courses, Pre-License (60-hours) $360.00 and Course for New Affiliates (30-hours) $180.00
