Good Time Moving & Storage is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a dual role as a Dispatcher & Outside Sales Representative. This is a part-time position (6 hours/day, 3 days/week) with the opportunity to go full-time based on performance.
Job Duties:
Dispatch Responsibilities:
Schedule moves and assign crews and trucks
Confirm move details with customers and crews
Monitor daily job progress and handle any changes or issues
Keep accurate logs and records of each move
Outside Sales Responsibilities:
Visit customers in person (or virtually) to provide moving quotes
Convert leads into booked jobs
Network locally to generate new business
Maintain follow-ups with potential customers
Requirements:
Experience in dispatch, sales, or customer service (moving industry a plus)
Good communication and time management skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Friendly, professional, and self-motivated
Comfortable using basic tech tools (email, calendar, CRM)
Compensation:
Hourly pay (based on experience) + potential bonuses
