WANTED: HAIRDRESSER!
Hair Experience, like many small businesses, is going through a current staffing shortage. There are many stylists who would love working with us in our peaceful environment, but we are having a hard time connecting! We do NOT recruit or poach from other salons, as we prefer to train up and coming stylists for Excellence in our dedicated two-chair Advanced Academy prior to transitioning them to the main floor. (We also welcome and do have a mixture of experienced stylists who simply receive fast-track Onboarding into our systems as well as skill-level evaluations and targeted re-training as necessary prior to serving our guests).
We have a full-time, experienced stylist joining us from California in January, but need one or two more stylists before then to serve Maryville adequately! No “clientele?” No problem! We have many more guests than we can handle already!
