Join Our Team as a Carpenter Foreman for Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction!

We’re expanding and have an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our construction team. This role focuses on leading commercial construction carpentry work, including self-perform concrete work, with a strong emphasis on wastewater treatment plant construction.

About the Role

As a Carpenter Foreman, you will lead a team of carpenters, to efficiently produce high-quality work in accordance with plans and specifications. You’ll ensure safety, productivity, and quality, while also mentoring coworkers new to the industry. Expertise in wastewater treatment plant construction will be a significant asset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform assigned carpentry work.

Set, align, and verify the correct placement of forms for walls, columns, decks, and/or footings.

Perform and supervise self-perform concrete work, including placing and finishing, as needed to ensure successful concrete pours.

Ensure the construction of wastewater treatment plants adheres to project specifications and quality standards

Work as a team leader to ensure safe practices, complying with corporate safety programs and OSHA regulations.

Monitor team performance and productivity, helping to meet production goals.

Assist Pipe Laborers, Millwrights or Equipment setters as needed

Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

The ability to read and understand construction plans and submittals.

Minimum of five years of construction work experience with a focus on concrete work.

Proven experience in wastewater treatment plant construction is a bonus.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus.
