(TEXT ME ONLY) Just recently changed markets so I’m starting over and need to form another crew. I’m looking for people who work with me. Not for themselves. I only need one person for this position. I have a part time tradesman who’s amazing. But he’s part time. And I’m running into a situation where I’m needing someone all the time. So I will still use him, but it’s a chance for you to fill that time. If you’re good enough I’ll use you full time. But I have to be able to trust you. No call no show me once you’re out. I’m not going to argue about methodology. You have to be able to flow with us or it won’t be the right fit. You can make a lot more than $30 if you prioritize your time and hustle. The only thing that will hold you back is you. This position is for someone skilled and very adamant about doing an excellent job. Someone that will be committed to SCF services.We work in Knoxville a lot. Sometimes in Seveir county. Right now I have a lot of carpentry jobs that always involve painting. So I need carpenters who can paint. I don’t have time to train. So you have to know what you’re doing. Someone proficient with a speed square, a square, a T square, a miter saw, a router, who can jump on paint at any time and cut in lines without taping. I’ll know in five minutes if you can do this or not. I’m guaranteeing $30 an hour, but you really have to know what you’re doing. YOU CANT BE AFRAID OF LADDERS. We have clients that need us to do all kinds of things. I also run a handyman business so I am looking for a tech for that as well. For the handyman business, I give you a portion of the total jobs to it similar to subcontracting. But I have to be able to trust that you’ll be professional with the clients, that you’ll show up on time, that you will be absolutely responsible, and that I can trust you to go there to begin with. Right now we are full time handyman and painting. So we get all kinds of calls. It’s a lot of painting, carpentry, deck repair, Sheetrock sometimes with interior repairs, basic electrical, and almost every time it will involve paint or staining. Sometimes we have to renovate bathrooms. I need someone full time that is good on Renovations I also need someone full time that has a wide range of skills.
