Must be proficient with a variety of tools and able to do a range of repairs and installations, with skills in carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical, plumbing, drywall. Must be flexible and able to troubleshoot problems that may arise when working on a project. Able to work independently or with a team. Reliable transportation required. Willing to do some travel, mostly East TN area.
