Solutions Inc. is looking for a drywall and paint repair technician for occupied apartments. Ideal candidate would have previous experience, but we would be willing to train a motivated, hard-working individual.
Core Duties:
Fast-paced repair and finishing of affected areas of drywall
Effective communication of repair progress to team members and clients
Professional appearance and conduct required at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in occupied residential communities (apartments, condos, houses) helpful but not required
Experienced in most/all types of wall repair (drywall, texture, paint)
18 years or older with valid driver’s license
Possess a reliable form of transportation
Attention to detail to ensure quality wall patches and matching finishes
Have a willingness to work hard all day, every day
