Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
General Labor and Material Handling:
Perform basic material handling tasks.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Keep the jobsite clean and organized.
Electrical Installation Assistance:
Assist with underground conduit installation.
Help mount, secure, and install electrical raceways, fixtures, and systems.
Participate in wire pulling procedures.
Assemble pre-fabricated systems under supervision.
Timely Execution:
Complete all tasks promptly.
Follow Instructions:
Understand and follow written and verbal jobsite directions
Qualifications
Previous experience as an electrical helper or vocational training in electrical work is preferred.
Ability to understand and use tools and equipment required for electrical work.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights as needed.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
