We are a residential restoration company looking for a professional-minded, skilled handyman (or woman) to help run projects. You should know how to do all of the following (though we typically sub-contract most tasksyou would need to supervise their completion, and jump-in at times, to complete):
Carpentry
Drywall / paint
Trim / Doors
Cabinet installation
Basic trim-out plumbing (set a toilet, connect a p-trap and supply)
Basic electrical trim-out (hang a ceiling fan, for instance)
Pay is commensurate to experience. If you can handle most of what's listed above, you represent the company well, and help run jobs and make customers happy, you will be making well over $50,000 / year. Commission is possible for the right candidate.
If you are any kind of schemer, or if your work quality, in-general is poor, please do not respond.
