Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy construction, semi-tractor, and trailer maintenance. Experience with drilling equipment is preferred, and welding skills are a plus. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and drug-free workplace. Some travel required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy construction equipment, semi-tractors and trailers, Ford F-550 trucks, and gooseneck trailers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain and service drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in the fabrication and welding of parts as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with the team to ensure equipment is operational and meets project deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy construction, semi-tractor, and trailer maintenance.
Experience with drilling equipment maintenance is preferred.
Welding experience is preferred.
Current Class A CDL is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
