Position #1:
We are in need of a qualified home improvement professional. This person must be well rounded and able to do all aspects of interior remodeling.
This includes drywall, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, crown molding, LVP and tile installation etc.
In the past we have hired many people who claim they can do all of this work and they have years of experience. After the first week they prove they were just lying about their skills. For every 10 employees we hire we get one good one. We are looking for that 10th person now.
We have almost no limit on pay or hours. If someone can actually do this work they will be rewarded greatly.
We pay better than any other company in Knoxville, just ask our current employees. They start and they don't leave.
BUT, first you must prove yourself. In the past we STARTED the pay at $30/hour. YES started at $30/hour only to find they were worth about $21/hour.
You MUST have a truck, tools, knowledge, good attitude, willing to work and willing to earn a good living.
If this ad sounds a little cocky it probably is. We are simply tired of people out there saying they know how to do this work and they prove in about 2 hours that they are pretty much clueless in the field. Just because you remodeled your grandmothers bathroom does not make you a professional.
We offer top pay, paid time off, bonuses, gas money, 401k with company match, early days where you will get paid for a full day, flexibility in schedule and more.
This employee will START off at $24/hour and will have a trial period. If after that trial period they prove themselves they will be bumped up to their deserved pay, what ever that may be. Who knows, are you a $40/hour guy?
Please once again you MUST have a truck and ALL the tools, not just a tool bag and working out of the trunk of a Hyundai. We stress this because in the past people have lied and said, "My truck is in the shop and I will have it back next week." That never happens.
If you can hang with the pros and are done working for someone unreliable, who has no work and who pays peanuts reply, we are looking for you.
Position #2
Looking for a person who has some experience but not a professional. Someone who knows how to use a miter saw, a tape measure and has a good attitude.
You must have some tools and a willingness to learn the trade alongside of professionals who will help train you.
Lastly, we work from Kingston to Morristown. From Sharps Chapel to Gatlinburg. You must be willing to work in these areas.
