What is our Maintenance Supervisor role?
Covenant Village is a 70 unit family property in Knoxville, TN. Our Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for working 8 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday. This role will oversee all maintenance aspects of one of our apartment communities. Depending on the size of the property, this could also include supervision of various Tech and/or Custodial roles as well. This position is a working supervisor role. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overall curb appeal, unit turns, work orders, and other projects/assignments as needed. Our Maintenance Supervisor role also requires shared on-call rotation. The amount of time on-call will be dependent upon property/property location. LHP requires maintenance on a variety of items such as: cleaning, painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Who is our Ideal Candidate?
Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
HVAC certification is required.
EPA certification is preferred.
Valid DL is required.
Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel
