I am looking for a plumber or plumbing team to redo some plumbing work that I've already paid a plumber to do once. Please don't apply unless you know the codes and can apply them, because I now know them. This job is for Saturday work and you must have your own battery operated tools or generator. This is a full day to day and 1/2 work for one person and probably one day for a team. A team does not consist of a girlfriend holding a ladder.
1) There are 4 Studer vents that I need need installed, the drains are already there on three of them.
2) Tie in remainder of vent work. (You will need a tall ladder)
3) Tie in basement shower drain. (You must have your own concrete saw, please don't ask me to rent one for you).
4) Install water reduction regulator.
5) Install water faucet on rear of house, the water line is already ran. (You must have your own 1 inch diamond drill)
6) Run vent for basement hot water heater. (You must have your own 4 1/2 inch diamond drill)
7) Connect main water line to manifold and pressure reducer
8) Relocate waterlines for sink and the drain to the correct location in one bathroom
9) Run and connect sink drain for half bath in masters suite, this includes installing the Studer vent. (This bath is on the second floor)
10) Run and connect new drain for kitchen sink, this includes installing studer vent.
