Construction Professionals: We're back and better than ever for another exciting installation season and we're looking for a new installer from your area who'd like to average $20,000-$30,000 per month installing above ground pools for our ready and waiting customers.
My name is John Bennett and I'm looking for a new above ground pool installer from your area who's willing and able to install 20-30 above ground swimming pools per month with an average (avg. pay based on a 24' round pool with an avg. 6-8 hour install time) gross pay of about $900.00- $1200.00 per pool.
$20,000-$30,000.00 or more per month, does that sound like the kind of money you'd like to be making?
Currently I am hiring above ground pool installers, or construction professionals who are willing and able to work full time and meet the following requirements:
Must have access to a full-size truck.
Must have access to a trailer.
Must have access to a Bobcat or Front Loader.
Must have access to a Transit or Laser Level (if you don't know what those are, this is not the job for you).
Must have or have access to a minimum of a minimum $1,000,000 general liability insurance.
Must have at least one helper, bigger crew, more installs, more installs, more money!
Must be willing to start immediately.
Above-ground or In-ground pool experience is definitely helpful but not required. However relevant grading experience is required.
Must have a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance.
Must be willing and able to pass a thorough Criminal Background Check. (All applications and circumstances surrounding the applicant are considered and reviewed on a case by case basis.)
Must be willing to work full-time, 5-6 days a week, cover a 200 mile minimum radius, and potentially travel out of town to maintain quota.
Out of town travel is reimbursed outside of your 200 mile radius at .50 cents a mile and $100.00 perdiem.
Must have a smart phone with a camera.
About Installers pay.
Installers are paid via company check or Western Union after every completed pool installation. In order for a pool to be considered "complete" the installer must first complete the actual pool installation and have a completely satisfied customer. Next the installer must have all required documents and site photos submitted to the Blue World Pools, Inc. corporate office. This process usually takes about (3) days. So no more waiting net 30-60-90 days to get paid for your hard work. If you're offered the opportunity to install "above ground" pools at Blue World Pools, Inc. we value your time and understand your everyday lives, so we'll get you paid as quickly as we can.
About Installers training
Every new installer, no matter his/her experience, will be required to attend a (3) day "on the job training" course with one of our experienced installers. Usually travel is required for the (3) day training event. However we will cover the costs of your travel and hotel if you live in a city/state where traveling for training will be necessary. In addition we will pay you $75.00 per diem over and above your expenses. And the way your training pay works is after you complete training and install your first poolBlue World Pools, Inc. will reimburse you at that time. Please see the Installer Training Agreement provided with the installer contracts for specific details.
We will train the right candidate but we are not looking for helpers at all.
