We are a fast-growing roofing and exteriors company looking for solid sub crews for our workload! We are a company that is about top tier quality! We expect our projects to be done the correct way and there are no cutting corners at all. We do have in-house crews, but our workload is getting heavy due to the efficiency of our work.
You must be punctual and adhere to subcontractor agreements. Hispanic crews are acceptable but there must be an English-speaking person onsite for communication purposes with our project managers. You must have insurance! We expect our jobsites to be clean as the job progresses. There are to be no families or kids on our jobsites. We completely understand having families, but this is due to safety concerns.
We pay by submitted invoices and after we evaluate or inspect each project. Must have your own truck, tools, equipment.
