Physical Requirements:
Must be able to use hand tools and operate electric and/or battery powered tools.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. at times.
Must be able to ascend and descend step ladders and work from elevated scissor lifts and scaffolding.
Qualifications for Success:
5+ years' experience in related field and successful completion of apprenticeship.
Adept at multi-tasking in fast paced environment, able to plan, prioritize, and organize individual and helper activities and processes
Able to work independently and across multiple teams and levels within and outside of the organization and take initiative on projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
