What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, residential and light commercial
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups
- Educate customers on system health, options, and next steps
- Communicate findings with clarity and confidence using our digital platform
- Document all actions, parts used, and recommendations accurately
- Present quotes and collect payments when applicable
- Advocate for maintenance agreements and explain their value
- Maintain a clean, well-inventoried truck and uphold our brand with professionalism
- Collaborate with the office and dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent LB Chase as a trusted advisor, not just a tech with tools
You’re a Strong Fit If You Bring:
- 2+ Years HVAC Service Experience - You’ve seen it, fixed it, and prevented it
- Strong Diagnostic Skills - Electrical, refrigeration, and airflow
