Full Job Description:
North Knox Siding and Windows, a trusted Knoxville leader in high-quality exterior home improvements for over 25 years, is growing and now hiring a full-time Installation & Service Technician to join our team!
Work from our fully equipped service truck and help transform homes across East Tennessee with top-tier installations and repairs. If you enjoy hands-on work, seeing immediate results, and taking pride in craftsmanship, this is the role for you!
This is a full-time position
Monday through Friday schedule (no weekends required)
Steady year-round work with consistent projects
What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing new construction and replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, French doors, and sliding glass doors
Performing expert siding installations, repairs, and service work (vinyl, fiber cement, and more)
Installing or repairing handrails, columns, gutters, and other exterior trim elements
Handling both large-scale remodels and smaller service calls for existing customers
Driving our company service truck to job sites throughout the Knoxville area
Working closely with homeowners and our team to deliver beautiful, durable results that exceed expectations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in window/door installation, siding, or general exterior home improvement (preferred but will train the right person)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (you’ll drive our branded service truck)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work safely at heights and handle physical demands of the job
Positive attitude and good customer service skills (you’ll interact directly with homeowners)
Tools and experience with basic power tools (we provide major equipment)
