Hello there drivers looking for a small company to call home , Solo positions and I could use one team but will take solo on all 3 positions I have ,DHS Express is our conpany and we have been in business for 30 years also we are smaller local company based outta Kingsport Tennessee ,our girls in dispatch deal one on one with the drivers no qualm comm still do it old school phone calls and texting info. We haul Van and Reefer both and always delivering to same receivers , so I have 2 to 3 trucks I am needing filled , the areas we run vary from Arizona , California , Texas, Indiana and south east also . No east coast , their is no forced dispatch as we try to work around were our guys wanna run and how their scheduled time off is . So I have a few auto shift trucks and one manual 13 speed truck too offer . Requirements we need , no hazmat , no Canada required, we don’t offer a sap program . no touch freight , minimum 2 years experience needed ( insurance requires) , also fairly clean mvr ( insurance again requires) . We do a sign on bonus after 6 months employment, paid every Friday , we offer family health insurance plans , weeks paid vacation and also a matched retirement investment plan .
