Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a HRIS Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in La Vergne, TN.   HRIS Coordinator provides ongoing support to the HRIS function including report writing and analysis, providing first line end-user support, administrative maintenance of HR/TA systems, auditing of system data and ensuring policy compliance, correcting data entry, and maintaining system documentation.  Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization to include user systems training and system data integrityRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or year for year experience2 years’ experience working with relational databases, queries and reporting in HRIS/ERP systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Access, SQL, SAP, Ceridian, Lawson or similar)1 year experience in report development utilizing Excel (advanced macros/formulas), Crystal Reports or other report writing tools Key Responsibilities:Creates, maintains, runs, and distributes standard HR/TA reports using software reporting tools such as Excel, Crystal, and PS Query.Provides first line of support to end-users to include administrative maintenance to HR Systems and peripheral systems.Develops and distributes ad-hoc reports for all levels in the organizationAudits data that has been input into HR Systems; monitoring for consistency in data entry and adherence to policy, inputting employee record corrections.Creates and maintains documentation on systems processes and system training and processes.Provides PeopleSoft training to new and existing end users as requested.Assists HR in conducting data reviews and developing management reports.Works with Sr HRIS Specialist in regards to system testing/monitoring.Promotes proactive approaches using the PeopleSoft HRMS to investigate business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of HRIS capabilities.Provides administrative support for the HRIS Talent Management System.Hiring Salary Range: $21.74HR - $26.94HR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
