Description We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Lead for our team in the Restaurants & Catering industry, located in Lebanon, Tennessee. As a Payroll Lead, your key role will be managing the full cycle of payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of the full cycle payroll system. Manage and maintain accurate records for a large number of employees. Familiarity with Workday for payroll processing and HRIS functions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations related to payroll. Utilize Workday - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Ceridian for payroll functions. Generate reports using Crystal Reports for auditing and tracking purposes. Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions. Proficiency in using About Time for time tracking and payroll processing. Ensure all accounting functions related to payroll are carried out effectively. Handle auditing procedures related to payroll.
