Data Reporting Analyst

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst with our client in MARYVILLE, Tennessee, 37801-4710, United States. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, addressing technical queries, establishing collaborative relationships, and providing user training to improve efficiency. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain SQL-based reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to address departmental and organizational reporting needs.

Assist departments in enhancing productivity and storage management using tools like Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Excel.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflows, processes, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Provide user training on operational systems, reporting tools, and workflows to foster system adoption and enhance efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operational tools and reporting systems, working collaboratively with departments to meet specific needs.

Coordinate with vendors and external resources to manage updates and enhancements to systems and reporting tools.

Serve as a backup administrator for the Munis system, assisting with Munis helpdesk tickets.

Establish and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with team members, users, and external partners.

Requirements

Proficiency in Tyler Technologies Munis.

Strong knowledge of SQL and SQL Structured Query Language.

Experience with SQL Database and SQL Reporting.

Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis.

Ability to work with SSRS - SQL Server Reporting Services.

Skilled in creating SSRS Reports.

Demonstrated experience with SSRS.

Understanding of data workflows.

Proficiency in creating workflows.

Workflow processes and workflow analysis experience.

Familiarity with SharePoint and SharePoint Administration.

Proficient in Excel

Experience with OneDrive

Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including technical and support documentation

Familiarity with software documentation processes

Experience with JIRA

Proficient in 365 Enterprise and Office 365

Knowledge of O 365
