Qualifications and Experience:
A college level diploma or completed courses in computer sciences or related fields, or related relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in desk side or call center support
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
Able to see, sit, stand, walk and write for extended periods of time
Able to view a personal computer monitor or laptop screen for extended periods of time
Able to use up to 40lbs of force occasionally, to move, lift or push objects, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise  Installation, setup and support of PC’s, Mac’s, printers and other peripheral devices
Installation and support of software applications
Knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and productivity applications
Answering technical/support questions for the user community
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software problems
