Academic SupervisorAurora will have 3 academic supervisors supporting grades: 1st and 4th Key Duties for the grades they manage :Teachers Supports:Review lesson plansProvide all coaching supportArrange coverage for classes in staff absencesReview report cards for accuracyHold parent meetings related to academics with teachersCulture Supports:Own attendanceGrade wide behavior management systems Grade wide incentive systemsHold parents meetings related to behavior with teachersStudent discipline (excluding expulsion/ suspension)Supervisor Supports:A member of the leadership teamData ReviewInput on hiring and retentionBe a key voice in all schoolwide decisions and visionDrives all academic and culture goalsManage, create, and execute professional learningThis is a 12 month position who reports directly to the school Principal.
