This role involves supporting our financial operations through accurate data entry tasks and reconciliation of accounts. You will be working in the accounting industry, contributing to the efficient functioning of our financial operations.Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into our systems. Assist in the reconciliation of accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and report on data. Collaborate with the finance team to support various accounting functions and projects. Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any data discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity. Use accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, Budget Processes, and Microsoft Excel to execute job responsibilities.
