Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock

Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts

Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records

Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management

Research root cause analysis

Completes moderately complex tasks following well-defined procedures; may involve a variety of routine or established work processes

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice

Applies technical and procedural knowledge; formal training or experience is required to perform the job effectively

Works independently on routine assignments; receives guidance for new assignments

May provide on-the-job training to new team members.

Coordinates information flow between self, team and/or departments; builds internal and external relationships

Required Skills / Capabilities

Proficient with computers and other standard office technology

Superior organizational and communication skills

Operate forklift or similar equipment

Performs duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485

Education and Experience

High school diploma

Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics

Travel and/or Physical RequirementsPhysical ability to lift 10-50 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch repeatedlyFor roles that require access to hospital facilities, must be eligible for and maintain credentials at all required hospitals, including meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements (including the COVID-19 vaccine, as applicable).NuVasive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
