The CPO oversees a comprehensive human resources program, rich talent development, ongoing recruitment, and dedicated employee support. Gestalt Community Schools is aiming to evolve the Human Resources and Talent functions into a holistic approach that puts people first. The CPO strategy and programming execution will extend across every facet of the employee experience, from sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, performance, benefits, health & wellness, career development, employee relations, and support. By placing people at the heart of its strategic decision-making, Gestalt believes that the COP will attract, engage, and retain top talent, which will drive educational excellence and community engagement.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic People Leadership - designs and implements people strategies that drive organizational growth, impact, employee satisfaction, and mission alignment.Human Resources Program- leads, oversees, and monitors compliance, benefits, payroll, retirement, licensure, educator pipeline, substitute educators' programs, policies, and compensation strategy.Talent Recruitment and Retention Strategies- develops and executes the sourcing, vetting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of the best talent.Performance Management- implements highly effective systems for individual goals, career development, and overall employee success.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion- creates and fosters a culture of inclusive hiring practices, equitable workplace policies and programs.Employee Relations - offers programs, resources, and support for the overall success and wellness of all staff members.
