By utilizing the latest technology and investing in the development of our people, UAX has experienced continued growth since our inception. We are looking to add a Condition Report Writer (CR Writer) to our growing team. The CR Writer is responsible for inspecting vehicles entering the auction for condition, depreciation, missing parts, mechanical issues, and damage/structural damage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect exterior and interior of each vehicle entering the auction.

Document any damage and estimating repair cost(s), ensuring all condition reports are in compliance with each client's requirements.

Maintain vital communications with Fleet Lease, Mechanic, and Detail Department - keeping each department informed of any issue(s).

Responsible for placing vehicles in proper staging zone post inspection

Assist lot crew with other duties, as needed.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must possess a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment screening

Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Ability to distinguish if body work has been performed and determine quality of work.

Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and evaluate needed repairs.

Mechanical, paint & body knowledge a plus. Good penmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.

Above average computer skills.

Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Basic knowledge of office equipment a plus.

Requires excellent time management, organizational skills and strong communication skills.

Self starter who requires limited supervision.
