Description We're seeking a curious and analytical Data Analyst (Tech) to join our growing team! You'll be instrumental in uncovering valuable insights from our tech data, helping us make data-driven decisions that fuel innovation and growth.Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data analysis plans.

Gather, clean, and transform data from various technical sources (databases, APIs, application logs) to prepare it for analysis.

Leverage SQL and potentially scripting languages (Python, R) to manipulate, analyze, and visualize complex datasets.

Create clear and compelling data visualizations (dashboards, reports) using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics specific to tech initiatives to measure performance and success.

Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions related to user behavior, product performance, and marketing effectiveness within the tech domain.

Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics relevant to the tech industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within a tech environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for extracting meaning from data.

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts beneficial.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with technical data sources (web analytics data, application performance metrics, user behavior data) is a plus.
