Description We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to join our Enterprise Architecture Platforms team. As the technology delivery leader, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and implementing strategic projects and initiatives. The IT Delivery Lead role involves collaboration with business architects, teams, and delivery leads to ensure successful and on-time delivery across various domains. Your deep understanding of technology delivery methodologies, including waterfall, Hybrid, PMP, Agile fundamentals, Scrum Frameworks, and Kanban change management, will contribute to the success of our initiatives. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain delivery roadmaps and schedules in collaboration with Technology leads, architects, business partners, and development teams.
Establish program cadence to support various delivery teams in delivering capabilities.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across platforms, programs, and projects, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Be accountable for risk/issue identification, mitigation, and communication, creating plans for visualization for PMO, leadership, and executive audiences.
Establish positive relationships with peers, influencing them through knowledge of technology capabilities and delivery capacity.
Develop a deep understanding of Hilton brands, current projects, and upcoming initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, or associate degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
Twelve (10) years of professional experience in a technology/product environment.
Six (6) years of product or service delivery experience.
Six (6) years of agile delivery management or agile project management experience.
Four (4) years' experience working with delivery teams using Waterfall, Agile, Kanban Change Management Approach, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches.
Four (4) years of working with vendors.
Six (6) years of being a (soft skill) team player or leader when working with teams.
Seven (7) years (soft skill) communicating with PMO, leadership, and executive audiences.
Seven (7) years or more (soft skill) building relationships with teams, PMO, and leading efforts with delivery teams.
Skills and Attributes:
