Must possess a current Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License. - This is not negotiable.
Must have 1-3 years of recent Pharmacy Technician experience.
-Data Entry skills-Experience working in a Central Fill setting is a big plus!-High School Diploma or equivalent GEDPay- The anticipated wage for this position is between 18.50 and $19.Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.Schedule :Regular Schedule- Mondays (9am-7:30pm), Tuesdays, Wednesdays (11am-9:30pm), and Saturdays (8am-6:30pm)Schedule for the first 90 days - Mondays (9am-7:30pm), Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays/Fridays (11am-9:30pm)ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manual entry and picking, replenishing product for filling, packing, mixes pharmaceutical preparations.
Run automated sorting and counting equipment, fills bottles and cells with prescribed tablets and capsules, apply prescription labels to bottles and boxes.
Retrieve prescription info from computer and verify info is correct
Assists Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medication.
Receive and store incoming supplies. Cycle counts and inventory.
Clean equipment and maintain a clean and orderly work area
