Experience
Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager/Program Manager
Skills
Experience in delivering large & medium sized projects or programs involving enterprise applications, Salesforce programs
Strong experience in Agile way of working
Domain Specialization in transportation, e-commerce and business services on Salesforce added advantage
Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders
Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to customer
Experience in work planning, estimating/budgeting, productivity measurement and management, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management
Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus
Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes
Good Communication, Analytical & problem-solving skill.
Sharp learning curve & awareness of new technology areas and domains
Responsibilities
Planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management
Adherence to contractual commitments as agreed in MSA,SOW
Design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
Drive Independently complex functional issues as needed, especially related to determining when customer requirements require a custom solution and configuration and validation of new features
Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability
Conducting project reviews and creating detailed status reports & Managing day to day project progress
