DescriptionThe Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive network-wide projects and innovate new processes at scale during Amazon’s explosive growth. In this role, you will partner with software and automation teams to drive innovation at the fulfillment center level, driving network-wide projects that span a broad spectrum of multifunctional aspects of the business. This role calls for an individual who is technically smart as well as operationally sound in order to gain credibility with fulfillment center leadership and key stake holders at various levels of the organization.This Product Manager (PM) role will specifically focus on the Tote Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ToteASRS) initiative. ToteASRS is an emerging technology that will replace the existing Each Stow process with a container-based, robotic storage solution. 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
