Description We are seeking a qualified Technical Support Specialist with a minimum requirement of two (2) years of experience providing comprehensive support for IT systems. This includes proficiency in tasks such as operating systems management, setup and configuration of networked computers and printers, as well as maintenance of hardware components and peripherals.Requirements While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting is preferred for this role, along with familiarity with Epic EHR. Candidates with demonstrated experience supporting both Windows and Apple platforms will be given preference. Additionally, proficiency in TCPIP and Microsoft Networking is desirable.The ideal candidate will also possess a strong background in providing customer service and consulting on complex system issues.
