JOB SUMMARYWarehouse Outbound Clerk will have responsibility for handling picking/shipping processes in a warehouse environment. Printing, sorting and distributing pick tickets, handling customer service issues.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Print, sort and distribute pick tickets for shipping team
Confirming pick tickets
Answer emails, track shipments
Customer service, communicating with customers and dealers
Monitor On-line Services to ensure proper tracking
Run daily reports
Research and handle T.O. failures
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Computer literate
Good writing skills
Able to multitask
Able to interact with shipping team and provide support
Preferred :
Ability to review process/system issues identify root cause and take actions solve them
Works independently and is proactive
Data querying from multiple sources
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work requires some muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as standing for long periods of time, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
