Proof of the Pudding is an award-winning catering company throughout the Southeast with a commitment to creating quality culinary concepts from scratch. We are looking for a Food Service Leader to oversee the culinary, concessions, and catering operations at the Memphis Sports and Event Center. The Memphis Sports & Events Center features indoor basketball and volleyball courts and is adaptable for other sports like wrestling, gymnastics, cheerleading, futsal, and more, as well as convocation, and commencement events. The Center also includes two cafe and a concessions areas while also offering catering and high volume boxed meals.
Required Qualifications
A Culinary Arts Degree or related field
5+ years in a lead culinary role, plus experience in a Sports & Entertainment hospitality culinary role
Knowledge and experience overseeing P&L, managing budgets and people, FOH & BOH knowledge
Concessions experience and knowledge of POS systems
Position Salary & Benefits:
This is considered a full time position with a starting salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000/year
