Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Front Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they have a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You will also manage scheduling, patient data, insurance benefits, and office supplies, playing a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient office.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Check-in/Check-out:
Greet patients and manage the check-in/check-out process.
Collect co-pays and explain necessary paperwork.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
Patient Records Management:
Enter and maintain patient data in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Monitor and update patient records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Insurance Coordination:
Monitor patients’ insurance benefits and ensure all requirements are met.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain employee files.
Handle inventory management and office supply orders.
