Part time job (20 hours weekly)
Job consists of but not limited to the following;
Grounds daily pick up (cleaning) trash, pine needles, reporting anything such as water leaks or resident violations.
Removing tree debris, etc. off of roofs (including roof on 2 story buildings and gutters.)
Trashing out and cleaning up vacant units.
Attire required; work shoes (no slides), jeans or thick pants (no sweats)
We provide safety gear as needed such as gloves, masks, etc.
We are flexible on time start and end but once established, hours will remain the same. For example Mon - Fri 9-1
