I'm looking for someone to help me manage my rental properties. Immediate opening.
Must have reliable transportation

Must have experience
Must be willing to work a very wide variety of different jobs
Must be able to file taxes on you - cannot be paid under the table or "cash-only"
Must be flexible with your schedule (but I am as well)
Properties located mainly in North Memphis near Chelsea Avenue. The work would range from trash-outs and make ready work to painting and daily maintenance and repairs. There will be regular mowing and yard maintenance when the grass is growing. The hours will vary, typically 30-40 hours per week. I could see this being a full-time job for someone, or it could be a part-time job for someone who does other handyman work as well.
Pay starts at $13/hr plus mileage.
