Location: Memphis, TN
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (some weekends may be required)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment
2. Load/unload trucks, move materials, stack pallets
3. Maintain a clean and safe work area
4. Follow shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures accurately
5. Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of recent forklift experience
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
3. Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required — we can assist with certification for the right candidates)
4. Good attendance and punctuality
5. Must pass a background check and drug screening
