Bez-Oh Construction LLC, a reputable construction company specializing in reconstruction and demolition projects, is seeking skilled tradespeople to join our team.
We are currently looking for
SKILLED
Carpenters
Interior Finish Carpenters
Cabinet Finishers/Installers
Trim Carpenters Including Crown Mold
Must have general skill in multiple areas.
Starting rate: per hour based on skill level and experience.
ALL new hires will start at their agreed upon higher rate for a 6-month probationary period. If you show signs of true skill, dependability, and drive to do your job properly and efficiently then we will discuss a more reasonable and adequate pay scale depending on your skillset level.
Responsibilities:
Execute assigned tasks within your respective trade with precision, quality craftsmanship, and efficiency.
Manage and maintain a clean and organized work area, prioritizing cleanliness and respect for client properties.
Smoking on job sites is allowed in designated areas, but cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly. (If I find a cigarette butt or trash of any kind that belongs to you on the ground of a jobsite, and it is not properly disposed of you will be asked to leave for that day without pay.)
Cleanliness and respect for client properties are paramount.
Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Comply with safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Demonstrate honesty, dependability, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
Must be English Speaking or Bi-Lingual, read and understand English. Please note that fluency in English or bilingual proficiency is necessary to effectively communicate with team members and adhere to safety guidelines on the job site.
Proven experience and expertise in the respective areas
Finish Carpentry,
Cabinet Finishing,
Door and Window Installation, Framing.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our workshop or worksite. Transportation to and from jobs can be arranged if necessary.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a genuine enjoyment of the trade.
Exceptional cleanliness and respect for client properties.
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
Compensation:
Starting rate: $per hour (Depends on true skill level.) ALL new hires will start at their assigned rate for a 3–6-month probationary period. If you show signs of true skill, dependability , and drive to do your job properly and efficiently then we will discuss a more reasonable and adequate pay scale depending on your skillset level.
Pay increases based on performance, knowledge, skill, and craftsmanship.
Additional Information:
As Sub-contractors you are responsible for paying your own self-employment taxes.
Own tools preferred but not mandatory.
Must provide workers' compensation insurance or workers' compensation exemption.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have their proper documentation stating so.
