Highly regarded Memphis plaintiff law firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal for a newly created, permanent position. Paralegal will work with a busy attorney and manage the caseload from retainer up to litigation or settlement. We are looking for a paralegal who has excellent interpersonal and organization skills and at least two years of experience in a pre-suit position.In this role, you will be responsible for:Communicating with clients to keep them informed of case status and to ensure that they are getting their medical treatmentDrafting demand lettersOrganizing medical and police records and other related documentsPreparing settlement statementsManaging calendar and keeping attorneys aware of upcoming dates and deadlinesHelping with other related responsibilities and special projectsThis is a friendly firm where everyone is valued and work together as a cohesive team.
