OFFICE DUTIES:
Greet employees, clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, emailing, faxing, and taking notes.
Light data entry and organization of work orders and onsite photos.
Answering phones and returning voicemails in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Keeping accurate records of calls and routing the correct info to staff
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties, assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Maintain clean office and conference areas
Sorting and distributing work orders.
Provide excellent customer service.
OFFICE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field encouraged.
Basic knowledge of pools and their flow systems encouraged
Prior experience as an office manager or assistant.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Strong phone skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
