We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to help fill 8 rooms in our co-living space. This role is commission-based, and you will be paid per room rented, making it a great opportunity for someone who thrives on achieving results quickly. The details of the pay structure are as follows:
- Commission per Room Rented: For each room you successfully lease, you will receive a set commission.
- Bonus for Full Occupancy: If you manage to rent out all 8 rooms within our target time of 4 weeks, you will receive an additional performance bonus as a reward for reaching full occupancy.
- As-Needed Role: Once all rooms are rented, the role will transition to an as-needed basis. Whenever a room becomes available again, we will re-engage your services to help fill that vacancy.
