Provide customer service to our walk in and nationwide customers. We will teach how to sell the ornamental iron parts and security door lock product line. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Description:
- Take incoming sales orders by sales counter, telephone calls, fax, email, internet and input into our order entry system
and helps pull parts to fullfill the order.
- Develop quotes for specific job projects.
- Follow up by telephone with customers regarding back-ordered material, delivery dates and job quotes.
Helpful Skills:
- Experience with order entry in QuickBooks Enterprise or similar business systems.
- Part sales experience. Automotive, Industrial, Home Improvement or Electrical experience.
- Experience in the ornamental iron or security door industry.
